Tekstboks: We are a small family business out on the island of Vannøy in Troms. My father started the shop late autumn in 1948, in a small shed beside his parents house. Later it was moved and rebuild a couple of times. In the early 60 was a post office connected to the building. It stayed there until 1997 when the big closedown of the post offices in Norway appeared. It has been conducted by Johnny Mikalsen and Unni Simonsen since 1997. We are a small, little bit old-fashioned general store where you can buy all types of goods. Our product range Food betting/lottery medicine gifts / presents souvenirs Fishing & leisure goods small electric car equipment Petrol / diesel / propane etc… We can also get hold of almost anything within a couple of days.

Our shop is located on the seaside of the village “Vannareid” on the west part of Vannøy in Karlsøy Municipality / Troms county.

From the ferry at Skåningsbukt,  you have to take the road to the left and drive 23 Km north towards Torsvåg. 

If you are going to visit Torsvåg or Burøysund, you have  approximately

 9  and  7 Km left to drive.
